Health outcomes for families are improved when clinical lactation care is integrated into the healthcare delivery system through partnerships with hospitals, physician groups, health insurance companies, and government agencies.

It is our duty to grow the lactation profession by training the next generation of IBCLCs with a lens of equity and inclusion and ensure consistency in care with evidence based clinical practice guidelines.
